The courses available for live instructor-led online classes are:

You will get access to each of our live instructor-led online classes. After each session, we give you the ability to revisit and access each course recording up to one year after enrolling for the course.

How do I enroll in the course?

You can enroll for a course on our website and make an online payment using any of the following options:

  • Visa Credit or Debit Card
  • MasterCard Credit or Debit Card
  • Once payment is received, you will automatically receive a payment receipt and access information via email

Where and how can I access the course learning content?

Once you register for a course by paying the course fee, you will have access to each of the class recordings and training content through our training platform. An automated course purchase confirmation email will guide you through the process.

I am not able to access the online course. To whom do I contact for a solution?

Do you provide a course fee refund guarantee?

Yes. We provide a three-day money-back guarantee for our courses. Refer to our “Refund Policy” and submit refund requests via our Help & Support by sending an email

Is the exam fee for Certification included with this course?

No, it isn’t. You have to register for the respective certification exam separately with the appropriate certification governing bodies.

What’s the Refund policy?

  • As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course from Convisor IT, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and refund policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds

For Instructor-Led Online Training:

Raise a refund request within 3 days of the commencement of the first batch you attended. The money-back guarantee is void if the participant has attended more than 3 online Classrooms/received recordings for more than 1 day.

However, no refund will be provided if you raise a request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course, and if you have attended more than 3 classes or received the online class recordings for more than 3 classes.

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training

  • If a learner cancels within 7 days of class commencement due to the above events, 20% of the total paid fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the learner.
  • If a learner cancels after 7 days (or more) after the start of a batch, no refunds will be made.

Refunds: Duplicate payment. Refund of the duplicate payment made by the learner will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 2 weeks of the customer’s intimation.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the refund request is approved by Convisor IT.
